Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Contact page and include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

RETURN PROCESS

Once you contact us, we will provide the return instructions. Please follow the provided instructions when sending the item back to us.

For exchanges, the replacement will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter processing or production. Once processing or production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

This policy does not affect any rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
